It is important that following a Reflexology treatment that you drink plenty of water and take care to follow any of the specific instructions given to you.
Some people have an abundance of energy after a treatment while others may feel more tired for a day or so. Both are perfectly normal. If the treatment has caused a significant shift to a blockage this may result in a headache, emotional release and/or an increase in urination or bowel movements – again, this is perfectly normal and in fact, a good indication that the treatment is working to rid the body of built-up toxins.
If you do not experience this, it doesn’t mean to say that the treatment has not been effective, everybody will respond differently. Allow yourself to relax and take time for yourself if possible. Most importantly enjoy the wonderful benefits that Reflexology brings, happy in the knowledge that you are taking steps to improve your health and wellbeing.
Following a Hypnotherapy appointment there may be homework that I set to be completed in between sessions and specific aftercare advice and new habit formations that I suggest you work on building.
Hypnotherapy is a partnership between you and as such, requires commitment from us both. I make myself available to clients via telephone and email for support throughout the treatment process and in return, I ask that you complete the tasks that may be asked of you in order to ensure the maximum opportunity for success in our treatment plan together.
Should you feel the need for additional advice or guidance after our session, I am always willing to help in whatever way I can to support your needs.
