Reflexology with Aromatherapy (2 hours)

Together with me we will complete a full consultation and choose essential oils based on your current health/emotional state and preference of aromas. Once chosen, these will be diffused into the therapy room in an oil burner, into a relaxing foot soak laden with rose petals and Epsom Salts and also incorporated into a bespoke oil for your Reflexology treatment. Full discussion of findings at the end of the treatment.

Reflexology with Aromatherapy and Chakra Balancing (2 1/2 hours)

Immerse your senses in a beautiful treatment consisting of Reflexology with Aromatherapy and Chakra Balancing. Together with me we will complete a full consultation and choose essential oils based on your current health/emotional state and preference of aromas. Once chosen, these will be diffused into the therapy room in an oil burner, into a relaxing foot soak laden with rose petals and Epsom Salts and also incorporated into a bespoke oil for your Reflexology treatment. Sip on a herbal chakra tea chosen by you, designed to balance each energy chakra in the body whilst you soak your feet before lying down under a cosy blanket to receive a full Reflexology treatment. With the additional use of chakra stones, singing bowl, tuning forks and aromatherapy oils the chakras are also brought in to balance. A truly multi-sensory healing treatment.

Dual Bespoke Pamper Experience (3 hours)

Completely relax, unwind and restore with a friend/loved one. This is a 3 hour bespoke experience during which my Colleague Sharon and I will give each of you a relaxing back massage and facial massage/full body massage along with a Reflexology and Aromatherapy treatment. A fresh fruit platter and herbal teas are also included in the price. This is available to purchase directly or as a voucher.
